Would you lick a toilet seat for likes?

People do all sorts of stupid things for attention or social media success. Sometimes it all goes wrong and they almost die. Here are five such fools who finally got the attention they deserved.

Jay Swingler: Cementing his head inside a microwave

British Youtuber Swingler had a lucky escape from his own stupidity when he tried cementing his head in a microwave. When paramedics couldn’t help, the fire service were called, who managed to free him unharmed but feeling “very lucky”.

His head was put first in a plastic bag, something any child knows not to do, and then into the microwave as his friends poured in seven bags of Pollyfilla. Of course, he got stuck.

His friends called an ambulance who in turn called the fire brigade who took an hour to free him while he breathed through a tube. Because ambulances are without charge in the U.K. and his life was in genuine danger, he wasn’t required to foot the bill, although he did go on to say “I’m more than happy to donate my money to the people who helped me that day.
