Absolutely, and go back centuries in many cultures with things like Ayahuasca and mescaline. These cultures will still give babies mescaline, or ceremonies with ayahuasca with young children. We wouldn’t dream of it in the west but that doesn’t mean it’s wrong. The whole topic goes across science, medicine, psychology, politics, religion, philosophy and beyond.
