Hi Jakub. It’s really difficult to offer anything specific, but it’s probably not that you’re doing something wrong, just that you’ve not found what works for you yet. What therapy system does your therapist use? If it’s CBT then try swapping system - maybe try an IFS therapist. You can also use IFS in meditation (I’ve written a tutorial for that if you want a link). I also don’t want to recommend drugs based on a short message but if you’re trying it already, then you after you get used to the IFS meditation then you could start adding a little MDMA. It’s a great combo, but if you find success with a therapist/meditation without the drugs then that’s even better because it comes without the legal/dodgy drugs risks.
