I actually wrote a piece about self-hypnotic induction, which is a good place to start practising getting you into the place where you can start doing the work. It’s here

Following that, you can find guided hypnosis for free on YouTube, one excellent guy is called Michael Sealey. Once you’ve been guided enough times, you can pick it up yourself and won’t need the audio, though it’s nice to have sometimes too.

You can also get online hypnotherapy courses online pretty cheap. You can do one of those and just do it on yourself instead of others. You can’t really go wrong as long as you stick to what feels right.

As for psychedelics, I’m not in the US. I had to fly to another country to be able to take Ayahuasca, and found others illegally here. You’ve actually got easier drug laws in places than here so after the pandemic you may not have to travel too far. The safest way is probably to find a reputable ayahuasca retreat in the States or get out to the Caribbean where magic mushroom therapy is legal.
