This is beautiful. As an acting teacher we use circles a lot. So much of acting is less about technique and more about connection and this is exactly why, though I hadn’t fully realised that until now.

Another incredible circle I’ve been part of is at ayahuasca ceremonies, with strangers sharing such deep and personal things. Circles can be really amazing! Great article.
