This is really interesting because in interviews people seem to think it’s all about showing their skills and what they can do and being logical and professional – when in reality you’ll already know they can do the job from their resume, and by covering up their emotions to appear professional it can actually hurt them because you’re looking to hire a human, not a resume.
I recommend acting classes to anyone, they’re eye opening, useful beyond just acting, and a structured way to get out your comfort zone. It’s an honour to be able to teach it to students sometimes.
