This was a great read. I’m a living extreme example of this.
I used to have social anxiety and a bad posture, with a stiff neck. I tried Alexander Technique for years. I couldn’t touch my chin to my chest.
Then one night I was using mdma therapy, going deeply into childhood trauma. At the moment I made a breakthrough, I looked down, my neck loosened and my chin rested on the top of my chest. The next day, the anxiety and the stiff neck and bad posture were all gone, and still are. It was an incredible moment.
