Yeah, I’ll write what I want and never expect most of it to go anywhere else. The stuff that’s in a numbered or listicle format I’ll always write how I think will be useful and/or entertaining. If someone else does or has done something similar then so be it.

There’s a huge variety of content on here, but the algorithm will show what it thinks you’re interested in, and it’ll base that on what you’ve already read. This, I guess, leads to it seeming repetitive but that’s not because that’s all there is, it’s because it’s what you’ve clicked on before and expressed an interest in.
There’s an inherent problem there - only getting shown what we’ve already seen from a different writer - but I don’t know what the alternative is. If I was constantly served up stuff I had absolutely no interest in it would be even worse, aside from some lucky gems. So I don’t know what the answer is.
I’ll just keep writing and hope people like it.
