Yeah sure. Are you in the U.K.? Technically you don’t need anything but I wouldn’t recommend it! I have a degree in psychology and a diploma in CBT. I also did a cheap online diploma in ACT but don’t really count that.
The lack of requirements isn’t all bad, it means you can train with local therapists and I’m sure people get good that way. But it also means people can just set up and do it without sufficient training. So it’s really up to you how to go about it.
